Copy Data from MS Excel and Paste on MS Word's Table

Hi Experts

Please help me on the below mentioned scenorio

My objective is simple , I have MS Word which contains multiple table with empty cells . Also I have MS Excel with some data. I need to write macro from Excel that to copy the set of data from MS Excel and have to paste into the MS Word in desired table and desired cell.
Please some body provide any idea on this.
