Macro to combine many excel files into one workbook/worksheet

I have many (about 350) files that have the exact same format just with unique records for each individual at different locations (multiple records for each file). A while ago I used a macro to combine files that were very similar to my current situation, but I was not the one who created it. I have not been able to duplicate the macro or find the code online. I want to be able to combine all of these files into one master file. A potential problem is the fact that the lone sheet within each of the files is password protected, but it is the same password with each file. Any help on the code for this macro would be appreciated.

Try this code - Paste it (follow directions below code) in the file in which you would want to put all the consolidated data - change the highlighted area to match your system -

    Copy the Excel VBA code
Select the workbook in which you want to store the Excel VBA code
Hold the Alt key, and press the F11 key, to open the Visual Basic Editor
    Choose Insert | Module
Where the cursor is flashing, choose Edit | Paste

To run the Excel VBA code:
    Choose View | Macros
Select a macro in the list, and click the Run button
