Splitting worksheets based on a column Data

Hi
Need a quick hand in trying to split down a data worksheet (approx 4000 lines) into seperate worksheets after every change in "category" data,
The category column is in alphatical order, and will have about 50 different field entries, soft drinks, confectionery etc.
to split manually will take me about 3 hours and would be an absolute drain!
I've loaded an example file, the main sheet i have has several more columns but the principle is the same.

Any help would be much appreciated.
