Help with moving columns from multiple worksheets into one worksheet side by side

Have seen a lot of examples for moving data from multiple sheets to one worksheet, but they are adding data to the next empty row. Instead, I am trying to find an example of moving the columns next to each other in the consolidated worksheet.

Basically, want to move column B from Sheet1 and Sheet2 to columns B and C in Summary.

Have been trying, but can't get the columns counter to move.

Please help.

I have over 100+ sheets to copy from, so I need a loop that will paste to the next available column.
