Open all workbooks within date range

Hello all! I have googled this and haven't been able to find a solution. What I would like to do (via form) is to open all workbooks in a folder using a from/to date search that is based on a cell reference with a date value. For example, if a user enters From September 01 To September 14, then all workbooks that have a cell reference that falls within that range will open. Any ideas?
