formatting cell colour according to values

Please tell me what's wrong with my code?
For the range, I want cells containing values

So for cells <20 I want them blue, for 20-40:white, 40-60:light red, 60-80:medium red, 80:100 bright red, >100:brown.

It seems to work for about 500 rows of data and then the colours don't work at all- especially for where cells values are in the range 0-10. These cells are red, brown, blue... randomly!

    Any ideas?

Remove the quotes around the numbers.

Thanks so much, simplifying it didn't seem to work but taking the quotes out did
