unique List from table

HI

Is it possible to do the following on update of each row or update of the sheet

I have a table of users on the sheet1 (First Name, Group Name)

First Name | Group Name
Paul A
Dave B
Mary A
Mike C
Ian C
Jim C


on the 2nd sheet I want to display the list like this
A B C D
Group |User1|User2|User3...and so on
A Paul | Mary
B Dave|
C Mike |Ian |Jim

SO all users in Group A are displayed from Rows B2-Z2 and all users in group B are displayed on Row b3-Z3

I would also need to build the unique Group Names in sheet 2 from the table in the first sheet (so if I add Group D it add another row on sheet 2)

All data (per row) in different column I suppose?

I have to load the contents of this sheet2 into another system and the system has to read the data in the Sheet 2 format , but the initial data comes in the format on sheet 1 - nothing is ever simple

Perfect Thanks- now wish I understood it

as I need to keep the table in sheet 1 , can the formatted list be sent to sheet 2 and updated after each update/change on sheet 1?

Final question if i may, can it work the other way? so if a user exists in a group on sheet 2 then sheet 1 will be updated with that group name?
I may have this when downloading from one system to another
