Send Mail Code Required **Please help experts**

Hi there,

I am a complete beginner in terms of VBA coding and have been trawling the net recently to adapt some code to meet my requirements.
I have checked many sites (Ron De Bruin included) and i cant seem to adapt the coding, its seems very complex. Can anyone help?

I have a big body of text i would like to include in the email, and basically, i just want to send that as per the following (there are multiple lines)

A = name B = email C = UserName D=Password E

Alex Radford [email protected] RADFAL TESTING

to include text; Dear (=A1)

Please find your user name and password below

User Name (=B1)
Password "TESTING"

You haven't said what your email client is, so I'm assuming Outlook. Mail a message to each person in a range Example 1 is fairly close to your requirement. Just remove the column C cell check which you don't need.

Thanks Chippy, i still can not adapt it to what i need.

The body of the text needs to look like the email i have attached here, and i cant seem to get the correct syntax for it. Where user ID and password is i need it to be a cell value, but i cant work out the syntax where my "" and &_ need to be.

Also where the XXXX are for password and user name i need to refer these to a certain cell

wow John - i didnt think that i would be able to link the text from cells... thats a great solution, i have been working on locking down the syntax _ & etc etc add lines etc etc to try and make this work.

I ll double check this later on do you know if i can insert an image as well ? not as a file, but actually as a picture?
