Error pops up on line On Error Resume Next

I am trying to paste a macro into VBA. When I paste the code into the VB part I need to hit submit or something so that it takes it. When I go back to Excel & hit save I get a VB code that pops up with "On Error Resume Next" hilighted in the text. See complete text below.
