create line diagram

I want to create line diagram, which reads columns E2:En as x-axis & B2:Bn.
i just have no idea how to do it.
this is what I have found in internet:

Range("B2").Select
Set x_values = ActiveCell.EntireColumn
Range("E2").Select
Set y_values = ActiveCell.EntireColumn

but have no idea how to continue.
would someone do me a favor and help me?

I suggest you record a macro while creating the chart as you want it formatted then just alter the part where you set the data source. if you need assistance with that post the code the recorder produces

1- when I want to test it for other data, it gives me error:

2- The columns are fixed but not my row numbers. how can I set it till it looks for end of rows?
