Print Named Ranges

Any suggestions.......I have a worksheet with many named ranges. Is it possible to use code that will drop down a list of the range names
so that I can select the ones I want to save as a PDF file and then save them.

you can simply go to insert name
then print list

What I want to do is drop down a list of all the names and then select only the names I want to print.
