need get a table to automatically add a row at the bottom of the table with the format

Ok i will try to explain this exactly. i have a table which i have both data validation and v look up being used in it. The employees will pick a description of the item off the lists in the A column and when they are at the bottom of the table i need the table to add a new row at the bottom of the table that has the data validation and vlookup in the row automatically so they can continue to expand the list until they have all the items listed that they need for that job. i need to know how to set this table up to expand automatically if that is at all possible or the best way to accomplish the task. below is the file i am creating that needs help.

What Column contains Data Validation?

Hello and thank you.
Column A contains data validation from a different sheet, then column C uses vlookup to fill in the price for the item in column A. then the quantity of the item is filled in, in column B manually and the quantity in column B is multiplied by the price in column C and totaled in column D. I need this sequence to stay the same, as the table expands downward but because of the data validation needing to be there so there is a drop down list of items and I don't want the table to be any bigger then really needed I need it to expand downward one row ahead of the person inputting the data so that he can still use the drop down list if he needs more rows then the current default table size has.

There is no data validation in Column A of the Book I downloaded.

that is odd, if you click on any cell in sheet 2 between A2 and A14 it should give you a drop down list with choices from the list on sheet 1. sheet 2 table is the table that i need the help with to make it automatically expand. i will try re-uploading the fire maybe it will work for you.
