    Count number of coloured cells

    Hi

    Is there a formula to count the number of coloured cells in a worksheet.

    Hello Nancy,

    There are a few things to consider when counting colored cells.
    1. VBA does not generate an event when the color of the cell is changed.
    2. VBA does not recognize color changes from Conditional Formatting.
    3. Conditionally Formatted cells can be counted if cells have a value associated with the color.
