hide and unhide rows based on formula result

To any/all that may help - thanks. I have attached a workbook with a "Report" worksheet that prints out ~400 identical reports except for the data displayed; the data displayed changes each time you enter a different number in cell A3. I would like create a print macro to print out all reports based on one click, BUT would also like to to hide/unhide entire rows in each report/print out based on the cell value contained in A13:A38, many of which are a formula result (highlighted in green). Is it possible to hide a row based on an active formula result? Can anyone help with the coding please? In cells A13:A38 must contain values, could we have the formulas off the print area to the right and copy and paste as values into column A in each print cycle? Please see the attached sheet and thanks again for any help.

    Hi tjanda,

More than 40 views to this thread but no answer.. you you mentioned hide / unhide rows in title but your query also refers to printout.

Suggest you to provide brief requirement .. such as if formula result of a cell is "abc", then hide that row. thanks.

Re: hide and unhide rows based on formula result

Sorry for the confusion - In A15:A38, if value = 0 then I want to hide that row and the following row; if value = 1 then I want the row to show on the report. For each number entered in A3, starting with #1, the worksheet would hide or display rows based on formula result then print one copy of the report; the code would then loop to #2, 3, 4, 5, etc., each time hiding/unhiding related rows and sending one copy to print. Hope this clarifies and hope someone has an answer. Thanks.

Re: hide and unhide rows based on formula result

In A15:A38, if value = 0 then I want to hide that row and the following row
A38 is zero, In that case row 39 should be hidden .. but that row has "Total Points / Final 2012 Rewards".. suggest you to revise the criteria. Also I have noticed that the formula in column A is not consistent, which may create problems in future. thanks.
