Combining Sheets with Graphs to a Dropdown box

I am trying to create a sheet on my workbook, which contains a dropdown menu, containing the titles of a range of graphs and charts, that I need to be able to show. However to show all of the charts and graphs all at once, what I want to be able to do, is select a graph/chart from the dropdown menu, and that particular graph/chart will appear underneath, and all of the graphs can be viewed individually from the dropbown list.

I dont really know what the best way of doing this is, I'm assuming it is to create the charts/graphs on separate sheets, then use some sort of macro code to be able to make one of them appear on the 'Costs Analysis' sheet when the corresponding chart/graph is selected from the dropdown list.

I have attached a copy of my workbook, with the core data, which the graphs are based on (sheet is called 'Costs'), and a graph on each sheet, and then my main sheet called 'Costs Analysis', which I have included a list of all the charts that need linking to the dropdown box.

Feel free to have a fiddle around, and see if its possible, and any replies and solutions will be received with great appreciation.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi there,

Must say that's a big ask for a free forum, but see how the attached goes nonetheless.

    Regards,

    Robert

Robert, thanks for your support, I really appreciate it. However, on the workbook you have attached, it is no different from the one i attached on my first thread, with no additional macros, and the drop down menu does not do anything. Did you sent the attachement you meant to attach?

Thanks again for your continued support!

Strange, the macro is there but you need to save the file as an Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook after opening it and then re-link Macro1 to the drop-down by right-clicking on it and choosing Assign Macro.

If the problem persists you may have to PM me your email address so I can directly send you the file.

    Regards,

    Robert

Sorry, one quick question, do you have any suggestions as to how I can in effect, copy the workbook that you attached into another workbook, and for all of the macros still working as they were before, but without having to open your workbook everytime the macro is used?
