Running Macro in Password protected sheet in excel 2007

Hi

i have a macros shown below
both the macros is having relation
Macro1 when ever the worksheet calculates and K66 Changes the second macro will run
Macro2 The chart Y-axis maximun value will update with respect to K66
i want to run these macros eventhough the workbook is protected with password(P9966269901%)
