How to save Live Data in Excel

Hi guys hows it going?

From the title of my question i'm sure a bunch of you would give me a solution from VBA; however, I am limited to only excel knowledge. I currently have a feed that gives me live stock prices. What I want to to with the cell where the data goes to is to save it every 10-15 minutes and manipulate it according to my formulas.

How on earth would one go about doing this!

put this in ThisWorkbook:

It will save the workbook every 15 minutes
