specific data to next worksheet

Just trying to automate a couple of things on a simple credit worksheet.
Example attached.
Need auto sort by creditor upon entry and when paid data is transferred to next worksheet
As always assistance appreciated

There are problems with Cols e,f,g,h in payments worksheet when copied from the entry tab.
Cell formats are changed
