Need auto sort by creditor upon entry and when paid data is transferred to next worksheet

Is to possible to - when the entry is paid it is deleted from the entry sheet

There are problems with Cols e,f,g,h in payments worksheet when copied from the entry tab.
Cell formats are changed
Appreciate any advice
I added some code that formats each column accordingly.
