Copy Data from Another Workbook

I need help creating code that will copy all data in a worksheet of another workbook and paste into the active worksheet.

Any ideas on how to get started with this one?

Hi Gard,

If I understand what you are trying to do, you don't need a macro to copy the contents of one sheet to another sheet within a workbook or between workbooks. To copy an entire sheet and paste it into another:

1. Select all cells of the sheet you wish to copy by selecting the square that is above row 1 and left of column A.
2. Select "Copy" from the Edit pulldown.
3. Go to the worksheet you wish to copy to, select Cell "A1".
4. Select "Paste" from the Edit pulldown.

If you want a macro to do it, I have some code below. It is cumbersome since you have to put the name of the workbook and sheet you are copying from into the code each time you wish to copy, but it gives you the code to do it.
