Comparing 2 sheets and highlighting completed values

Hello all,

I am new to the site, but I have poked around a time or two on here. I have a problem that I can't seem to over come.

I am comparing a schedule to a production report and I would like to figure out a way of the production report to look at the schedule and cross off the items that have been completed. I attatched a sample similar to what I am working with, and below (Example.xlsx) is something towards the logic that I was looking at.
