Sorry about the name of this but wasn't really sure what to call it.

I have created a time sheet in excel (2007 by the way) and on a separate sheet inside the same workbook, I have a list of name and their corresponding pay roll number. I want to be able to insert the name with correct pay roll number then print the time sheet. There are about 30 names to do overall, but I want to be able to do it quickly and easily. So basically if I just click a button or put a command in it goes through and prints them. I don't know if this is something I can do through excel or it needs to be something a bit more VB based.
