Macro / VBA to replace space between numbers with a hyphen

I am currently trying to add a hyphen between numbers in a string separated with spaces.

For example:

diameter: 11 1/2" would become diameter: 11-1/2"

and

Rollers: 4 3/4" x 2 1/4" would become Rollers: 4-3/4" x 2-1/4"

any advice???
