Multiselect form listbox - selected values to be copied and pasted in a column

Hi All,

I'm trying to copy the multi-selected values of a form listbox and paste in a column each individual value selected. The column say A is in the same sheet at the embedded listbox. Effectively, what I need is the row reference of each selected value as would be available if using single selection in listbox properties where u are given the value number in cell link.

What is the best way to achieve this?
