Data Retrived from SQL server in to Excel

Hi,

i am looking for an option to retrive the table data in to excel sheet by providing dynamic parameter.

example :

• i have a table (SQL Server) : tbl_Employee (Columns are like : ID / Name / Joining Date)
• From the excel sheet, i have two columns like Joining Start Date and Joining End date
• When i fill the above two cells with some date values -- want to get the data from the table (tbl_Employee) which satisfies with the date values.


i am aware on option like Data -- From Other sources -- From SQL Server , where we can connect to data base and get the desired results. but there i feel we can pass the dynamic parameters and fetch the data from table.

are there any other way we can resolve this issue.
