Copy first 10 rows of active sheet and paste below then copy one line from another sheet

Hi,

I want to write macro for following :-
1. In Excel file there are 2 sheets - A and B.
2. A has 10 rows (each row has 8 columns , 2 columns have formula)
3. B has 195 rows
4. I want to copy 10 rows 195 times , replace one column value for these 10 rows with 1 row from B
5. Continue 4 with next value B (total iterations 195)

Help would be highly appreciated!
