Populate UserForm textbox

i have a userform and i want a text box to be populated with a number in the last used cell in that column plus one.
the text box is representing transcations numbers
so say for example
column A
1
2
3

I would want the text box in the userform to be populated with the number 4 when i open the form and so on and so on so it basically adds 1 to the number after every entry
