Fill Cells Based on Active Row

Hello! I am trying to set up a formula/VBA that will auto fill cells based on the a specific cell in the active row. I've attached a document for reference.

Here is and example of what I want to happen...
    Cell A2 contains a product number (123456).
If I were to click anywhere in row 2, cells B1, C1, and D1 would populate the available product sizes (available on the Data tab) for the product number in cell A2.
Then, if I were to click anywhere in row 3, cells B1, C1, and D1 would re-populate the available product sizes for the product number in cell A3.
So basically, whatever row was active, the first row would populate the available sizes for the product (in column A) in the active row.

    I hope this makes sense
