Error with Formula SUBSTITUTE

Hi

I tried to place a formula is a list of selected cells with VBA. When I ran the marco, the following code in red came across with error. Could anyone help to correct it? Many thanks in advance.

You should be using .FormulaR1C1, not .Formula

I didn't run into error when running the code (using only Formula, not FormulaR1C1) in the PC at home. The only difference is I was using Excel 2010 in the PC at the office, while Excel 2003 at home. I'll test it when I am back to the office tomorrow. Thanks Andrew!
