Copy rows with matching value from different sheets into new sheet

I have posted a sample file above that I hope can help me explain what I need.

In the first 2 tabs, "ODC" and "Labor", I have tables of items that have Item Numbers in column E. I would like to find and group all matching item numbers from both the "ODC" and "Labor" tab into the "Roll Up" tab. I have done this manually in the roll up tab just to show an example of the final product that I need.

My goal is to not do this manually because I am actually working with hundreds of rows of data. I am open to any codes/formulas/functions.

I have tried everything I can think of with NO success.
