Understanding how to properly use the offset command may solve this problem.

I have a list of dates and unique identifiers in adjacent cells (forming 2 columns) on one sheet. I need to copy that data to another sheet with four rows in between each pair of cells. Because I'll need to do this many thousands of times, OFFSET wont work. I need to find a way to copy and paste so that every fourth row excel knows to look in the other sheet, one row down, to find the data. Is this possible or is this a pipe dream?

Also, I don't think access is suited to this task. I need to make thousands of tiny labels. (4 pt font, no space between lines, stacked densely on the page) I don't think access' label maker is flexible enough, although I'm not familiar with access.

I appreciate any help,
