Macro to extract initials and project from a multiple worksheet into a single sheet.

Hello. I am having difficulty creating macro to pull individuals initials and a project number from multiple worksheets into individual worksheets. The worksheets are names 1 through 183. The column which lists different associates' initials is column A and titled "Associates". The column which lists different project numbers is column B and titled "Study". In the "Associates" column, there are some cells which list one set of three letter initials, and there are some cells which list two or three sets of three letter initials in one cell, yet I would like to pull one associates initials. For example, if the A column cell lists initials "AAA BBB CCC" and the B column cell lists a project number, I would like to extract all initials of "BBB" from column A and all of the projects associated with any row listing "BBB" in column A on a separate sheet. I am using Excel 2010. Thank you very much for any assistance provided!

Thank you very much, Antonio! This is exactly what I wanted.

To push the envelope because it nevers hurts to ask: What would I have to add/change to be able to pull data from columns C, D, E, F, and G to this original macro? Thanks, again!
