Take Data From Column on Sheet1 and Insert Into Next Blank Row on Sheet2 Then Clear Sheet1

I am trying to determine the code to allow a user to enter data into the column range C4:C17 on Sheet1 then press the submit button which would then transfer the data into the row range F3:S3 on Sheet2. Then the program would clear the contents from Sheet1, range C4:C17 to allow the user to enter the next data set. Once the next data set was entered the user would press the submit button and the data would be transferred to the next available row in Sheet2, range F3:S3. I have attached a sample workbook.

    Thank you!
