adodb connection loop

Hi,
I am new to adodb connection .. i have 2 excel files.. one is sales and other is order quantity. I need to import sales quantity to the order sheet when ever sales updated, based on product id, or stock code.
I want to make changes to stock file which is closed at the time of entering sales, in the sales file.
Hence , i want to create event handler for col b in sales file for to update automatically..
Hence using this without opening the file, we can make changes..
but i dont know how to loop or search using this..
When i searched for references, copyrecorderset, for copying data is what i found..
if anyone know how to search using this , help me..
I want to match item code , from sales file to this, then matching item, will have sales number inputed in col e.
i have attached stock file.. sales file also same with more line items and sales made details including quantity..
i want the item code from sales to match in this,
then in the match copy the sales quantity value in col e on every sales updation.
