bulk renaming picture file with excel 2010

Hi, i wonder if anyone could give me a hand, i want to rename all the pictures inside a folder called "pictures" in my desktop, Column "A" will have all the pictures actual name and column "B" will have the new names i want the pictures to be renamed to, i will use this macro regularly and the picture amount will be different all the time it could sometimes be over 300 or more at the same time. ive attached an excel to show you a current example. many thanks in advance for your help.
