Need Macro to pull only interface number not description.

what i need is a formula or macro to pull only a specific string type. Here are the examples.
Type of input into column e15 what i want in f15
interface GigabitEthernet"0/1" 0/1
interface GigabitEthernet"0/1.100" 0/1.100
interface TenGigabitEthernet"3/1.100" l2transport 3/1.100
interface GigabitEthernet"0/0/0/3" 0/0/0/3
interface GigabitEthernet"1/1/1/1.1365" 1/1/1/1.1365
interface TenGigabitEthernet"0/0/4/3" 0/0/4/3
interface GigabitEthernet"0/1/0/3.1365" l2transport 0/1/0/3.1365



there is no guarantee how many "/ and #'s" there are or whether or not the "l2transport" will be after it or not.

the format didnt hold. the results for the corresponding line is as follows.
0/1
0/1.100
3/1.100
0/0/0/3
1/1/1/1.1365
0/0/4/3
0/1/0/3.1365
