I need to insert blank rows into a large spreadsheet.

I have a spreadsheet that contains over 10,000 rows of data. I need to separate the data with blank rows. The data is not consistent, there are three lines of data and two lines of data in no specific pattern that need rows added between them. In column A, I do have them numbered 1,2,3 and 1,2.

Is there a way to insert rows by telling it to insert a row where there is a 1?

Thanks for your help in advance. This is just one of 30 spreadsheets I have to do this to.
