    Question User Forms Assistance(excel 2007-2010)

I have tried building my form but am jus stuck right now(newbie to VBA)
below is how far I reach and would appreciate assistance from this Forum Geniuses
    HOLDING AREA RECORDS.xlsm

    What I done so far
    1. Use rows 1 and 2 as Frozen Headers

    2. Custom Format Columns F and G where for F when I input a four digit number and press TAB key "T-" automatically prefix the numbers eg. T-2012, and for G when I input a 8 digit number and press enter "-" automatically drops in the middle of the eight number eg. 2761-2013.

    3. Created a Form with the same header names as my spreadsheet and some command buttons but I think the VBA codings I input just not working for me especially to fill the spreadsheet with the data I put in the form.

    4. On the Spreadsheet I have also successfully created a command button to launch my form.

    additional things I wanted
    1. To have column A automatically sort in ascending order when new data is entered from the Form

That's where am at, KUDOS to anyone who can crack this up for me
