Saving Backup Copies before Updateing File

I need to save a backup copy of my file before I update and reset the pages for the next day.

I want a backup for each day of the year.

I can use these:

But have to change the file name on line three every day.

The file name in the code on the third line of this coed ie (4 Daily Balance Jan 9th 2013) need to change each day by one day ie "Jan 10th, Jan 11th ect).

Is there any way to make the code add the current day to the file name?

The second part of the code saves the file back to it's original name and location before updating the file.

Is the any way to code the command to replace the current file with the same name without asking me first?
