Program excel command button to "save, lock and email" either with a macro, or VB.

Help with command button to Save/Lock/Email when the "completed" button is selected.

I currently have seven (7) worksheets linked to one (1) summary sheet, which is completed monthly by as many users. However, without reviewing the summary sheet multiple times to see who has and has not completed the form I would like to add a command button labeled "Completed" the user selects and it will, save and forward me an email that it has been completed. The lock is so that they will not be able to change the form without notifying me and I will unlock for their revisions. There are currently "locked" cells on the spreadsheet, which I'm thinking is part of my issue. I haven't been able to create a marcro or VB code to accomplish this. I may even be going around it the wrong way. I just want to make sure that once they have completed the spreadsheet, that they can not make changes without notifiying me to unlock the sheet. Also, these figures are linked to another spreadsheet, so once it is locked, will the updated information still pull into the linked summary sheet?

I've worked in excel for years, but never this portion of it.....I've attached a copy for your review....

Thank you for any guidance you can offer!!!

    testing the water.....
