Pop-Up Window Before Closing If ...

Friends,

I would like to have a pop-up window alert users when two cells do not have the same value in them and they try to close the file.

I would like the users to have the option of either canceling the popup or closing the form. If they cancel the popup they end up just going back to the form so they can change the value of one of the cells. If they close the form it simply closes it.

Can someone help to create the code needed to do this?
