Pop Up Box - Wait for Range input - Continue Macro

I am using a macro that works well Publishing range(s) that were selected before I ran the macro. What I would like to do is add code above that macro which would generate a Pop Up Box to remind me to select the range(s) to be published, wait for me to input the ranges, and then run the macro I have that publishes them.
