macro script to search and hyperlink image file from folder

Hi
I have thousands of image file in a folder and those image file’s name are listed in a excel sheet. I need a macro script to search those image file from the specified folder and hyperlink them with the respective excel tab and go on. It would be really helpful if anybody shoe me the path. For example, excel tab contain a value “ 000927” and there is an image file named same as the excel tab (000927) in a folder located in C:/Authorizatin/000927.jpg. All I want is to automatic search for the image file in the folder and hyperlink with the matched one from the same. I am attaching a file, please help me.
