Excel 2003: Userform textbox populated by table filtered results

Hi,

I'm just looking for some help on vba coding that upon the startup of a userform, the listbox will populate with data retrieved from a worksheet based table, that has had autofilter applied to. So the listbox will only show values that have been filtered in this table and not all the values.

I've gone through several previously posted comments touching on this topic and tried to apply it, but with little success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
