Can I stop someone from stopping a macro by opening VBA and pressing reset?

    Hi All,

Let me explain my situation. I have a document that uses macros. It's a Word doc (ignore that fact for now) and I want the layout and format to be fixed so that nobody can alter it. All they can do is print it using the macros embeded in the userform. Once it's printed the document closes. It does other things but that's the gist of it.

I've disabled CTRL+Break and I have disabled closing the userform (it just closes the document without saving). I also have the VBA code password protected.

However, if I have a blank document open and press ALT+F11 to bring up the VBA editor and THEN open my macro-enabled document I can simply go to the editor and press the Reset button (the square) and the code is stopped and I can go back to the word doc and make whatever changes I want.

Is there anyway that I can stop this from happening?

I hope I've made myself clear.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Andre

True. Good point, which is why I remembered about protecting the document for editing. I forgot about that.

    Thanks.
