    Range. Find Not working correctly?

I have selected the intersect of a range and this working properly, but when I attached the .Find("3") it does not find the first instance, for example here is my selected range:

    3
    2
    1
    4
    3
    2
    3
    1

The find selects the second occurance of "3" on row 5, not row 1. why? how do I resolve?

You need to link the find cell with the Row number. For e.g Range(c2.Address), or Range(c2.row), where c2 is the find cell value

    Try changing your .Find to:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
That will ensure that the search starts at the beginning of the range. If that doesn't work then there's another problem, somewhere.

Thanks Andrew. I was able to resolve this another way, but it seems like your fix would work. Solved!
