Macro to Auto Complete Time

I have the following Macros' of which FilterA works. The Sub Time doesn't give any errors, but doesn't fill the code. NOTE: The =--TEXT(O3, "0000\/00\/00 00\:00\:00") code was provided by shg Forum Guru. I take no credit .
