Macro to parse columns

Hi,

I would really appreciate if somebody could help me with a macro to be able to parse only the data in columns with green headings from the file 'export' into the green section of the 'model_1' file while adjusting the size of the green section the data is put into to always leave a 2 row space between the green and yellow section in the 'model_1' file.

The attached are the two files I need to use.
