UserForm - Rename a File using a word typed in a Label

I am very new to VBA. I have created a UserForm where I want to select a zip file, then rename it. First, I select the zip file. Then, I want to type an abbreviated name in the label. For example, the zip file has the entire path, and might be called: C:\Access Part 1\Introduction to Access.zip. In this case, I would type access in the label. When I click on Rename File, I want the file to be renamed access.zip.

Eventually, I would like to program this to post to my FTP site. When I click on Rename File, will a temporary file be created, or will the name be replaced in the original folder? Also, do I need to type .zip after the abbreviated name, or is that assumed because that is what the file type is?
