Help with SUMIFS, and macro to sort out category data

Hello all,

I am working on a data that has different category and group. You can find a sample in the attached file. If you look at sub table you will find a sumifs function that I tried to pull off but did not work. In addition, I wonder if you could help me set up macro codes that help me sort out group A data only in both sub table and data table. For example, if I only want to see group A data, I would like to see data for group A only in data table and in the sub table I want see total sub category for group A only. the macro will change both table.Test Sample.xlsm

FYI, macro will also be able to sort out other groups and reveal total data too.
