Updating a full array of data from BBG while running a macro

Currently, I'm using the below formula:

    =BDS(B3,"INDX_MWEIGHT_HIST",CONCATENATE("END_DATE_OVERRIDE=",E5),"cols=2;rows=225")

to populate a two column table of results. My macro basically just updates E5, which is the date I want to pull the data from. While the data refreshes work just fine if I do things manually, when I try to run vba loops that try to get data from sequential dates, the formula above either fails to refresh or only refreshes a single cell.

As soon as I reset the macro, the table populates. This does not happen no matter how many refreshes I code into the macro as it's running.

Been trying everything. Has anyone solved this yet and can help? Thanks.

    No help at all?

It seems bloomberg only pulls data AFTER all macros have finished running. How do I get around this?
